The ecological environment in China has been severely damaged. This damage has become the world’s most comprehensive, severe and influential environmental pollution and ecological damage, which is very close to the bottom line of the international environmental security. For this problem, individuals should be responsible; corporations should be responsible; bureaus of all levels should be responsible; the state should be responsible.

As of today, the severe environmental pollution has become the sequel of China’s economical development and environmental protection and made environmental protection more difficult. The environmental pollution in China has become a potential threat to countries all over the world. The Chinese Government is a government for a developed and populated country, therefore it should be responsible for the environment.

I hope that the Chinese Government should establish laws at environmental protection. It should be people-oriented and execute the concept of environmental protection, urge all people to protect environment, promote people’s consciousness on environmental protection and effectively control the pollutions created as a result of environmental protection. This is a must for the Chinese Government and a responsibility for a economically developed country.
