If the democratic system can be applied in China, the ruling party can better balance the Government, the Party and the Constitution. Under a democratic system, no party, organization or individuals can rule over the Constitution. Under the democratic system, any party in China should be elected by people and win the ruling power based on the votes regulated by law; any party must participate in the open, fair and justified campaign, regulated by Constitution and only the winning party can be the legal ruling party, an elected government recognized by its people.
Therefore, a multi-party ruling system is applicable to China. It is wrong of Chinese Communist Party to continue the single-party ruling system. The ultimate solution of Chinese political revolution is to get rid of the “Chinese Communist Party’s single-party ruling system” and to execute the democratic political system ruled by multi-parties.
