Yang, Xuejun: The Chinese government must respect human rights
杨学军 (Yang, Xuejun)
Although, the human rights situation in China has been improved under the strike of global democratic power in recent years, in general, it hasn’t become what the world acknowledges. The record of Chinese Communist Party’s multi suppression of the people in pursuit of freedom and human rights shows that the Chinese Communist’s dictatorship is violent in nature. In a country under dictatorship, such as China, it is often seen that the officials in power persecute people. The law doesn’t play its role; a few people, instead of the law, are ruling the country.
The major method of Chinese Communist’s dictatorship is the monopoly of the state resources; the authority is just a tool for the officials to make money. The disadvantage of this system has lead to the poverty of people; they have been suppressed and exploited. As long as they are in a country of dictatorship, they can’t own the basic human rights, or common wealth. Although the Chinese Communist states that a harmonious society should be people-oriented, this would only be a dream.
