Shan, Jie: Chinese government officials’ corruption issue must be ended from the system
单杰(Shan,Jie)
The corruption issue of Chinese government officials, roots from social system and officials’ morality; some government officials degenerated and couldn’t resist the allurement of money, resources and beauty; they take advantage of political system’s flaws to gain money and assets and take briberies. When a seed is about to germinate and grow, with appropriate amount of water and temperature, there is no way to stop it from germinating, growing and blossoming.
In the 21st century, the problems of the political system have provided an environment for corruption and embezzlement. Corruptive officials have taken into the water and enjoyed the temperature. The water and temperature is provided by the unhealthy social system. It has caused corruption all over the country and become unstoppable.
Corruption problem of the Chinese government officials is caused by flaws of political system and the limitations of the boundaries of law over corruption. It is a manmade disaster. In order to cure this manmade disaster, normal social environment must be restored, reforms on dictatorship must be carried out, a democratic and free system must be applied, and moral civilization must be promoted and regulated. Thus, corruption can be ended from the system.
