Guo, Jinyu: The Chinese government must be responsible for environmental pollution

Mankind only has one planet, which is facing ecological crisis; especially in the fastest developing countries and regions, the crisis is the most obvious. Environmental pollution in China is becoming more worrying. The heavy industries in China must change its wasteful and polluting manufacturing way; the government must pay attention to environmental protection, reinforce the legislation and execution of environmental protection, decrease the pollution on environment caused by economical development, limit the consumption of energy and natural resources, so that mankind can live a healthy and continuous life.
Any country, government is obligated to promoting and executing the economic development way of saving natural resources; no matter how wealthy the government is, it has no right to waste limited natural resources, and the Chinese government must show respect on the environment and the protection of natural resources and shoulder the pressure of the bad need of developing economy for the most populated country. It must protect wetlands, save resources, cut down pollution and protect the environment.
There is only one Long River, one Yellow River in China and it won’t come back if it’s destroyed; we only have one green home and it won’t exist if we lose it. The Chinese government and people must protect the living environment where generations of Chinese live. The government must initiate the establishment of environmental protection awareness; the government officials must initiate the deeds of environmental protection.
