Sun，Wei: China has to separate the power of legislation administration and justice
If a country do not has a democracy system, the legislation will not be independent. Now the one party rule system
In China is just saying this. The system of legislation is just enlarge the power ofChina Community Party (CDP).
The legislation is not indepandent, the governor can replace the law, the human can replace the legal, and there will be no idea about legal any more in China.
We can say that the relation between democracy and legal is causality relationship. If a country has the system of democracy, it can fullfill legalize. Nowadays, in China society, the government are saying rule the country according to the law, but the fact is they are rule the country by personal will. They are trying transfer the eyesight of democracy, get away from require of deomocracy. The people-rule is the typicle thing under one-party rule system, no matter how China government fuzzy the real democracy they can not change the fact of people-rule system in China.
China society can only be democracy when they separate the power of legislation, administration and justice; Then, they can enhance the ethic, the culture and only at that time the hole nation of China can improve the quality.
