Shan, Jie: Call on the Chinese government to protect green environment

China is a populated country, the quality of life is comparatively laid back and the natural resources per capita are limited. However, some officials of the government and some Chinese people haven’t realized this. They keep destroying, wasting resources and polluting the environment during manufacturing and normal life.
In the underdeveloped rural areas in China, some people overcut trees and cause wetlands their depending protective woods so that desert expanded. In the western part of China, coupled wind, deserts have engulfed wetlands and the natural environment has been unprecedentedly devastated.
Chinese government and officials are only concerned about enclosures of lands, massive constructions, expansions of cities but ignorant of protection of wetlands and the environment. They built mansions on fertile forests and grasslands. Although these skyscrapers are fancy and are visually beautiful, they are only for decorations. People have lost the more important green environment that people rely on to live. If the Chinese government ignores environmental protection and continues to cut down forestry and pollute the environment, the forests and the green will eventually disappear.
