The Chinese communist has applied single-party dictatorship in China for a long time and its feature is the management way of officials is like running a family. The power held by government officials is used solely for the benefits of Chinese communist group. There are no necessary legal restrictions or public supervision of such power. The power has not only become the tool the Chinese communist government uses to rule the people, but also the method for the officials to illegally make money. The root cause is that the power held by Chinese communist officials is granted by the government or senior officials, not by the Chinese people. There is no public supervision or legal restrictions.

The power without supervision or restrictions is the absolute power and absolute power will cause absolute corruption. This is the root of serious corruption in China. Corruption is the miniature of moral collapse in China. Corruption has brought life and psychological burden to Chinese people. The Chinese government must solve the issue of corruption, punish corruption cases, and arrest corruptive government officials so that the efforts of anti-corruption can have substantial progress.
