The Chinese government has violated people’s basic human rights. Chinese people have no human rights and some even lack of basic living conditions. It is safe to say that China is one of the countries with poor human rights record among global society. This notorious government is still talking about its contributions to human rights; this poor-performing government has no ground to talk about contributions.

The basic feature of a democratic country is that people have human rights. When people have human rights, they can participate in political life; they will have the right to vote for the government and government officials. This is the basic right people would enjoy in a democratic country. When there are no human rights, there is no democracy. Human rights are the starting point of democracy.

The Chinese government must execute the implementation of human rights so that it is helpful for the continuous development of economy, pushing forward the enhancement of democracy and constitutionality, the blossom of moral culture, protecting the freedom of speech and religion and letting Chinese people have human rights.
