The issue of corruption has been bothering the Chinese government and people. For years, many government officials have been corruptive and some were investigated. Corruptive government officials still continue to do so. The number of corruption cases hasn’t decreased and the amount is great. What has caused this? The main reason is that there is a corruptive system in China; under this system, government officials have unsupervised power, which provide great benefits to corruptive government officials and caused corruptive government officials.

Regular Chinese people are major victims of corruption; corruption directly violates normal Chinese’ benefits. Only average people can feel what corruption is to them. The Chinese government should learn the anti-corruption experience from democratic countries to establish legislation of regulations and punishment.

The first step is to separate justice so that anti-corruption is not interfered by administration and justice supervision of justice can be implemented; the second step is to execute people’s supervision to implement elections and impeaching government officials; the third step is to disclose corruption through media, public comments so that corruption can be prevented from system
