Lu, Jicheng: I hope that a free internet network can appear in China

Internet has connected thousands of households in China. All kinds of information has entered China and people’s daily life; internet has created convenient conditions for the Chinese people to know, understand and connect with the world; at the same time, it has also been positive to push forward the social and economic development for China.
However, Chinese communist government is taking taxpayers’ money and spending fortunes to block the internet. In order to control and limit people’s comments and compliment Chinese communist regime, Chinese communist has set up agencies to supervise the internet and trained a large number of elite to monitor the network.
At the same time, Chinese communist government has trained a network police team to monitor and limit people’s comments on the internet, strictly control words such as “democracy and liberty, human rights and constitutionality” to appear on the internet within Chinese territory. Chinese government’s monitoring, blocking and word filtering of the internet has been protested against and opposed by Chinese internet users, and criticized and condemned by people from around the world. We hope that, a free internet and era of free speech can appear in China.
