China is a country under CCP’s dictatorship. Since there has been a lack of supervision over the ruling party, government officials have been corruptive. No matter what anti-corruption measures the government takes, the number of corruptive government officials has been increasing, the amount has been greater and the level of corruptive government officials has been higher. CCP’s dictatorship has become the protecting umbrella of corruptive government officials.

If there are two or more than two parties rotating, government and government officials’ rights can be supervised and they will be restricted by law when using the power; this is the restriction created among different parties so that the political parties’ benefits co-exist. When using power, the government and government officials must guarantee the state and people’s benefits, supervise each other and prevent corruption from the system.

It is up to the people to implement multi-party ruling and supervise the ruling party. Only people can really supervise the ruling behaviors of the ruling party. People can vote for government officials. If government officials are involved with corruption, people can vote against the government officials and impeach them. Therefore, the ultimate solution to suppress government officials’ corruption is to implement the democratic political system of multi-party ruling in China.
