Yang, Zhiguang: The corruption in China is a systematic corruption
杨志广(Yang,Zhiguang)
The corruption in China is a systematic corruption. CCP as the ruling party takes personal gains using by their monopoly of state power. When the income is decreasing, unemployment is increasing and the social welfare is incomplete, Chinese government officials are doing performance projects and spending a huge amount of taxpayers’ money. However, they have been very mean about helping the disadvantaged and improving basic education.
The reason that China is underdeveloped country is that the state must pay high prices for CCP’s maintenance of its dictatorship and provide resources for government officials’ corruption. The poverty in China is not caused by lack of resources, the huge population or low quality of people; it is a systematic corruption and deficiency. CCP dictatorship is a corruptive and squandered system and it is unlikely to realize fair and justified distribution by innovations from the system. Therefore, poverty in China is a systematic poverty.
Unfortunately, many Chinese people don’t question about the great expenses of urban construction and projects, but worship and praise about these performance projects. Some Chinese are numb about CCP officials’ corruption. As of today, the political reform and the baptism of democracy and freedom is needed.
