Guo, Honghui: The Chinese government must enhance environmental protection

Everybody knows that the economy in China has developed; everybody also knows that the environmental protection has been deteriorating. The economic reforms in China have created efficient economic development, but weakened environmental protection. And this has caused China become one of the most polluted areas in the world.
Environmental protection has not only damaged the nature and ecological balance, but also has directly affected people’s normal living conditions. Since air, water, weather, etc is shared by mankind around the globe, people living in different regions and different social system will all be affected.
The Chinese government must develop the economy and also pay attention to environmental protection. As the government, it must bring people to wealth and also create a good environment for people, leave our future generations a clean land and pure water. As the government for a developed and populated country, the Chinese government must be responsible for the environment.
