In recent years, because Chinese government paid so much attention to the development of economics and ignored environmental protection, it has caused different degree pollution of air, water and soil in this area. The vegetables, fruits and food produced in some areas contain toxic substances surpassing the limit of standard of food hygiene so much, so there appear some toxic food, such as products of toxic milk, toxic candies and toxic bread and so on.
The accident of food’s safety usually happened in China and the events of group poisoning causing by poisonous food also took place usually. The problem of food’s safety not only perturbed Chinese people, but also international society. There are inevitable factors under the events of food’s safety. Chinese authority should find the real reasons of events of food’s safety happening for a long-term as soon as possible but avoid the responsibility. Besides, it should punish the officials related to events of food’s safety, strengthen the management of producing food and make the laws of food’s safety strict, because the problem of food’s safety is related to the life security of every Chinese people.
