Ye, Zhijian: Calling for Chinese government to open Internet roundly
叶志坚(Ye, Zhijian)
The free flow of news in the Internet make people get the information they need freely, and the promotion and development of Internet also make China with large amount of people have hundreds of millions of Net citizens. The words such as democratic freedom, human right and laws and multi-party constitution come into China through Internet, and then so many Chinese netizens begin to learn about the culture of democratic countries. So Chinese authority control and investigate the Internet much more than before.
On March 22, 2010, the company of Google announced formally that Google had stopped checking the searching content of Chinese searching website-Google.cn at that day and it moved Web server to Hong Kong. The users visiting this website have been oriented to the website of Google.com.hk again, which hasn’t been checked. The facts turn out that event of Google is not an occasional event.
Chinese authority is afraid of the Internet news without control, so it not only supervises the usage of Internet, but also trains a big group of “Internet policemen” to monitor Internet in the ground. They review and filter the content on the Internet to restrain Chinese people to achieve information from Internet, so they can ban all the different sounds on the Internet. We request Chinese government’s checking the Internet and require Chinese authority strongly to open the Internet.
