Yu, Hongmei: China can be open just in the democratic system

At present, the power of Chinese government is held in the minority of CCP, and the regime of this government is close, and it is not on behalf of the benefit of the majority of Chinese people. The power of a government is open or close, depending on two factors, and the degree of power’s open and news’ open. If the matters in a country are mastered by power-holder and people can’t decide it, power is close; if the basis of using the power is people willing, power is open.
The system in any countries, if only people can’t participate in the election of the government and officials, the power is not open to public actually for this government.
The feature of democratic system is that minority of people must obey the willing of majority of people. If minority of people decides the matters of country, it will not be democracy absolutely. In autocratic country like China, the usage of power depends on minority of people of CCP, so power of Chinese government is close. As long as democratic system can be practiced in China and people can elect government and officials, people can get the power from authority.
