Chinese authority has done anti-corruption for many years, but the phenomenon of corruption has still happened frequently and the degenerates still tried to corrupt instantly. Anything has a reason and the reason for serious corruption was the putrid system in China. The officials of CCP shared the same attitude and that was keeping silent and protecting each other. There is corruptive soil all around officialdom; if you have power, you will have the opportunity of corruption. To the opposite, if you don’t have authority, you will not have the opportunity of it forever. As for the resisters and revelators of corruption, the corruptive officials will unite together to retaliate them heavily.
Therefore, someone exposed and demanded to investigate the source of official’s huge assets, but they were arrested, sentenced and put into prison with the charge of slander in the end. Because of the protective umbrella of government, there is no limit of corruptive officials’ lust and lost the moral base totally, no matter high or low level of the official, they all have the desire of swallowing all the assets in the world. Based on this, there happened the cases related to corruption with huge amount of money one by one.
Chinese people have been aware that corruption brought serious disaster to both people and nation, and also aware that anti-corruption must object to the corruptive system. If people want to restrain officials’ corruptive actions, they have to rely on the reasonable social system and real means of laws.
