It has been more than sixty years since CCP ruled China and there countless officials related to the corruptive cases, especially the policemen of judicial system. They made use of the power in their hands, speculated and tried to corrupt and seek of comfort; they were aware of how they could avoid the sanction of laws after their corruptions.

The power of officials was the commonable authority of country and they took part in the corruptive cases under the allure of money; corruptive officials had the same goal in terms of their benefits and they took care of and covered up each other to form the union of benefit. When there is risk, they contact with each other to avoid perish. Some corruptive officials endeavor to pull the officials around them down and corrupted together; they think law is not responsible for the public and also put a label on the action of corrupting together. Because of this altisonant explanation, they did the corruption without any scruple.

Because of the incapacity of government, Chinese people were living in an extreme misery; in the corruptive society there was no just return of their labor at all. The public officials corrupted and who suffered a lot was ordinary people. Chinese ordinary people lived in the low level of the society and looked forward to a disinterested government and a group of disinterested officials.
