There is s autocratic system in China, and public authority lack powerful limitation because of the defect of system, so the opportunity of corruption and upstart usually appear in the place where authority is focus, especially in the year of reform and open. With the guide of wrong idea that “make a part of people wealthy at first”, the phenomenon of corruption has spread. It causes that the income gap of Chinese people is becoming bigger and bigger and contradiction in the society is more and more serious.
The defect of social system in China leads to the corruption of all the society and it is becoming clear that social system in China is not free and not democratic and government and officials’ power is not transparent and lack of restricting, so corruptive system has become the protective umbrella.
The exchange between power and money becomes the main channel for Chinese officials to obtain grey income and it leads to the serious imbalance of income distribution in China. Only if reform the social system in China, just and fair distribution can be realized in China.
