In the past thirty years, in order to develop economics, Chinese government took cruel means to limit the growth of people, so they practiced the family planning policy and request each woman of reproductive age can have one baby forcefully. If someone violate, they will be sent to do the super-ring and ligature, even some women not obtaining approval of “birth certificate” may be do abortion violently or the government will use medicines or physical means to kill the baby in mother’s abdomens.
It has been decades years that Chinese women are suffering the unfair and unjust treatment, and they can’t chase justice and there is no place for them to do it. Chinese women can’t protect themselves with the means of laws and can’t solve the basic problem of human rights. The formulation and practice of family planning policy deprive the basic human rights of Chinese women totally.
The family planning policy devastates the human rights and laws so seriously in China. In term of theory, it is beneficial, but the family planning policy in China slaughters women’s bodies unscrupulously and destroys the natural balance of sex ratio, so family planning policy carried out by Chinese authority is a criminal and self-mutilated behavior.
