There are many officials of Chinese government seeking private benefit with the signboard of work and the problems they consider every day are money and power. If they have money and power, they can do anything, such as hookers and hash, flattering and using trade and so on, and only Chinese officials can do such immoral things. Some officials choose violence in public and even walk in the gangdom to reach their aims. All of them illustrate Chinese laws have no functions of officials and can’t deter officials, because there is no society governed by laws in China, but society governed by people. In country governed by people, power is higher than laws.
In present China, the people having power and he will have all the things. It shows Chinese officials have high-handed attitude of power and selfish desire’s expansion. With the formation of this attitude, it also proves when Chinese officials’ power is expanding viciously, it is added with roger color. They believe there in no things that they can’t accomplish and dare not do.
When a country is insisting in autocratic system and a society is denying freedom and human rights, power will stay in a situation without limitation; power lacking of limitation is like a beast full of bloody and violence necessarily. It is needed that a democratic baptism and a social system of democracy, freedom, human rights and laws in China.
