The problem of safety of food happens frequently in China, and so many false smoke, false wines and false grain appear all around China. Almost all the food has fakes, and some of them contain toxin; besides there are some false medicines and even false doctors.
Due to that officials of Chinese government have privilege, they make use of national resource they monopolized to squander taxpayers’ money, stay in high-level hotel and purchase expensive food to make them avoid the harm of toxic food. The problem of food safety in locality has nothing to do with ordinary people, because they can’t have privilege and they are the biggest victims of toxic food.
The problems of food safety appear frequently, and it must be related to the food management system, with the involvement of Social system. In term of systematic problem, the system in China is autocratic system and the power of government is centralized and strong under this system; authority controls all the press and the so-called management department of hygiene, checking quality, food and supervising medicine and so on in China. Therefore, the most simple way to solve problem of food safety in China efficiently is from the point of reforming system.
