Many Chinese pushers make use of the bugs of system to produce false of food seriously and the means of producing false is very various, and press reports recently that there are some food traders altering the date of minimum durability, using duck pretending mutton and adding toxic substances into the food to make them fresh and beautiful and so on. The event of food safety happens almost every day, and vegetables, fruits and agricultural and sideline products produced in the farms contain the content of pesticide over the edible standard much more; events of group poisoning also take place frequently.

The appearances of food safety events prove it’s the systematic corruption, and when there are some problems of food safety, officials will cover up them to bluff out. It shows why unsafe food can go and be sold unimpeded and the food can also threaten customers’ health.

These actions of concealing faults of officials of Chinese government encourage pushers’ illegal actions and leave serious hidden danger to customers’ health even lives. Over the years, events of food safety in China can’t be solved totally and toxic substances have been public nuisances. So we request strongly Chinese government to safeguard the food safety for Chinese people.
