Nowadays the corruptive officials in China are not only the people arrested as a small part, and they are only the victims of political struggle or that being exposed obviously leading to popular indignation and have to arrest them to pacify people. Corruption is common phenomenon, spreading various authorities of CCP. From top to bottom, only if they are officials of CCP and holding power, no matter officials in government offices, military officers or state cadres in state-owned enterprises and institutions, they will not miss it when there is opportunity to corrupt.
If we want to ask who the biggest corruptive official is in China, I think it should be the top leader of CCP. At present, it’s unprecedented in the history of China even world that Chinese corruptive officials corrupt the money with such big amount and deep level, and the phenomenon of corruption is so common.
