The most of Chinese ordinary people paying attention to is their lives, caring for job, medicine, house and price of commodities and so on; they wish they would be able to live a peaceful and warm lives and the living environment is just and fair, with no disoperation from corruptive officials to the quality of life. Therefore, Chinese ordinary people hope their government is a disinterested government and government can punish corruptive officials actually. In these years, although Chinese government’s anti-corruption work has dynamics, but no effect and the present situation is that more serious more anti-corruption.
Facing such serious corruptive problem, it makes government and people have no idea what to do and what is the reason on earth? First, anti-corruption maybe involve in many officials even high-level important officials and government usually pay attention to so-called governance capability and stability, so authority can’t punish the wholesale corruptive officials; second, government’s anti-corruption lack transparency and except for government nobody can against corruption; third, press published positive news for a long time and just propaganda the achievements of “anti-corruption”.
The carrying out of anti-corruption needs find the reason of corruption and then find policies of anti-corruption. Only if democratic constitutional system is realized in China and benefits between different parties can be limited by each other and officials’power can be supervised by laws, based on this, the work of anti-corruption can be carried out efficiently.
