Wu, Xiuhang: The development of Chinese economics is destroying environment

Because global economical development causes each country’s economics expanding, air, water and natural environment in many areas worsening and extensive pollution. This environmental problem is very outstanding in China, because China is in the time of economical development quickly and Chinese government is partial to focusing support on developing economical policies. Government does key input on money and relax protecting works of environment gradually; it seems today that Chinese economics develops actually but environmental pollution is more and more serious.
Facing climatic changing problem caused by environmental pollution, people are always paying attention to global warming and various natural disasters caused by climatic change; the frequency of natural disasters is especially serious in China, and the basic reason is that a mass of economical activities is destroying environment.
Chinese government should see the problem of environmental pollution endangering human beings and there are hundreds of millions Chinese people living in broad China. In this country with a large amount of population, there are still thousands of thousands of people lacking basic knowledge on environmental protection. It’s government’s responsibility to value environmental protecting works and it’s also Chinese people’s responsibility.
