With regard to the condition of human rights in China, public Chinese people, activists caring for the matter of human right in China and organizations on human rights can still clearly remember that Chinese authority has ever promised to international society to improve the condition of human rights in China for several times. However, has human rights in China been improved since so many years have passed? No. Not only the condition of Chinese human rights is not improved, also new events of persecuting human rights appear, such as continuing to persecute CDP members, arrest activists, dissidents and religionists and drive and repatriate petition people and so on.

If there is a democratic elected government in a country, there will be the environment of respecting and protecting human rights; it matches to the general value of human beings and the direction of democratic free development. If Chinese government wants to improve human rights, they must carry out the points below:

First, paying attention to actions and government should give up violent suppression and stop persecution to establish the environment of respecting and protecting human rights.
Second, promote democratic political reform and allow people to elect government and officials by their votes; establishing a real democratic free system based on country’s political system can solve the matter of human rights in China fundamentally.
