Sun, Wei: Separation of powers must be realized in China

If there is no democratic system in a country, there will be no judicial independence, and the Chinese present political system illustrates it because the present judicial system in China is just the extension of CCP’s regime. The justice in China is not independent and government and officials can replace laws; men rule can replace laws so it can be said of no laws in Chinese society.
As for the relationship between democracy and laws, it is casual relationship; if there is democratic free system in a country, it will realize laws. In present Chinese society, CCP’s government uses men rule in the coat of laws to dim the real concept of democracy, shift the sight of democracy and escape the requests of democracy. Management by person is the typical feature under the autocratic system, and no matter how CCP’ s government packs it, the truth of men rule in China can’t be changed.
If only realize the separation of powers in Chinese society, laws can come true in fact; based on laws, we can advocate moral civilization and cultural awareness in the national and then the overall quality of Chinese people can be improved.
