CCP’s regime is a corrupt system, and systematic corruption is the most terrible primary corruption. The CCP’s power is held by few people and country and government are controlled by seldom of CCP. This is the root of injustice and unfairness in Chinese society. CCP is the corrupt group under power and centralization, because organizations at all levels of CCP permeate into each grassroots in Chinese government and military. It gets hold of not only government, but also the command of military.
This kind of “privilege” is systematic corruption and it causes systematic corruption move in cycles in each session CCP government and military; the officials corrupt perpetually and a corrupt poisonous level is formed from the highest level in the society; the most serious is this corrupt poisonous level spread from high-level of CCP to province, city, county and town.
The CCP’s systematic corruption is a kind of unavoidable corruption, because all the officials are able to involve in it and the money getting in this means can be so much or a little; they also can make the money legal by commercial means, and only Chinese people are the victims of their corruption, so Chinese outlets are finishing autocratic system and establishing democratic free system.
