Wang, Jinping: Chinese government must control environmental pollution strictly

In order to reduce pollution, Chinese government is always advocating improving energy utilization rate, but there is no effect. The problem is that it’s not enough for Chinese government’s enforcing the law and environmental protection law becomes staging. Lots of industrial enterprises install process equipments of waste water and solid waste, but don’t use it in a long time and choose to hand environmental pollution fines. The reason is the fees of operating machines is more than paying the fines, so curbing environmental pollution becomes a verbiage.
So many enterprises in China produce a large amount of waste gas and waste water and emission them into natural environment without purifying treatment, and then the limited air and water resource are polluted. Environmental pollution restrains economical growth and prosperity in China and threatens ordinary people’s health.
Although Chinese government is dealing with environmental pollution and the low utilization rate of energy has been improved, because of the rapid growth of Chinese economics, these actions are not enough to solve polluting problems caused by industrial developments. Chinese government should perfect the legislation of environmental protection and the law enforcement of environmental protection.
