The elections in democratic countries are established on the basis of open, justice and ration at the beginning and democratic democracy is the procedure of people’s participating and running rights given by constitution; this process can realize the power of people’s electing government and officials and it is an important feature in democratic society.
Chinese society should carry out some democratic actions and build up a full public and transparent electoral procedure as well. The meaning of this open and transparency lies on that educate Chinese people to promote Chinese society’s changing into democratic society. However, autocratic power can’t give up its tyranny because autocratic regime won’t practice open election and autocratic and autocratic government and officials won’t accept the limitation of laws and people’s supervision.
CCP government is always playing power tactics, making use of dark, covert, treating and concealing means to rule the society. This causes one-party long-term autocracy in Chinese society, officials’ corruption and so many abuses in the society. There are many fighting events between officials and people and food safety accidents emerging endlessly and the press controlled by CCP is always making up false stories to treat people. Sometimes government confuses right and wrong, speaking bad as good and speaking dangerous as safe. If only there are advantages for its regime, the process of events can be made up totally by itself. CCP government deprives of people’s right to know in present Chinese society.
