Serious matter of corruption in China has become the main factor of limiting the growth of economics and development of society; even though corruption exists more or less in all the countries, corruption in China is the most serious. Chinese government is also always advocating anti-corruption sharply, but is still can’t be restrained and it reduces living quality of general Chinese people.

Chinese economical reform has stepped into a new historical stage. Due to the lack of social system in China, no independence of judicial and no laws, phenomenon of administration intervening in judicial happens so frequently; laws can’t restrain officials’ power and the amount of officials’ involvement in corruption is always increasing.

More and more serious corruption causes the crisis of people’s confidence on government, therefore, it’s necessary to take measures to grapple with corruption and prevent the growth and creeping of corruption in term of system. Effective anti-corruption has advantages of maintaining social stability and promoting economical development in China.
