It has been sixty-two years since CCP captured regime in China and the condition of human rights in China was always paid attention by international society; in recent years, the condition of human rights in China is always worsening seriously because officials outmatch all their actions upon laws, especially some local officials’ long-term suppression on people; As for some social matters, officials are always dealing with them according to leader’s willing, without consideration of laws, so Human Rights Clause of Constitution in China exists only in name and laws is replaced by rule by men.
Condition of human rights in China can influence Chinese international image and economical development directly, in these years, CCP government surfaces a set and acts another in secret. It has been declaring nowadays is the best period for human rights in China, using lies to treat people and international society.
Promote Chinese government to improve human rights and government talks with people on human rights, and practice actually for human rights with sincerity; Advocate human rights ideas and at the same time the improvement of human rights also require people’s endeavor to promote it to develop in healthy direction.
