The speed of development of Chinese economics is increasing highly in these years, and the environmental pollution and damage on zoology are unprecedented; only in these thirty years, the environment in China was worsening gradually and reached the maximum. What happened obviously in some advanced areas and in big and medium cities is that water stink and become impotable; The air is full of ash and smells pungent; garbage is put everywhere…… The degree of environmental pollution makes people worried.

Such serious matter of environmental pollution in China is the result of government’s valuing long-term economical development and neglecting environmental protection. As the government, it has compelling obligation. The environmental matter in China has given rise to attention of International society and request of Chinese government to value environmental protection.

Chinese government should learn the lesson and make regulation in term of policy and the precondition of developing economics is to value environmental protection, to carry out practical measures of environmental protection and to advertise the meaning of environmental protection to improve environmental consciousness, increase investment on environmental protection and contribute to environmental protection.
