Qi, Qingshuan: Multi-party democratic constitutional system can guarantee freedom of speeches

At present, there are the matters of non-freedom of speeches and reports of press in China. If Chinese people leave the freedom of speeches and the press, basic human rights will not be guaranteed. In these years, Chinese people suffered so much of non-freedom of speeches and press. Because Chinese people are not able to say out their different opinions on politics, they pay the price so much.
Opening the freedom of speeches and the press has disadvantages of governmental image; however, government’s long-term restraining freedom of speeches and press is bad for its regime. Present society is the times of advanced information and Chinese government should have the aid of advanced Internet to open freedom of speeches and press, which allows people to obtain sufficient right to know and express to hear people’s voices.
In order to solve the matters of non-freedom of speeches and press of Chinese people, government must start from reforming social system in China; In China, it’s necessary to promote democratic reform, which can’t be delayed; the urgent affair is opening prohibition of party and realizing multi-party democratic constitutional system to establish an environment of freedom of speeches and press.
