The direction of Chinese political reform is finishing the situation of CCP’s long-term regime and realizing multi-party and giving power back to people, which allow people to elect government with their votes and carry out people’s being master of the country and democratic system in China. Various levels of officials in China should be elected by people and authorized by people, and only officials elected by people can be responsible for people.
Only based on democratic system in China, independence of laws and judiciary and nationalization of military can be realized in China, and this can protect sovereignty of the country and people’s interest to preclude officials from using power as means of corruption; freedom of speeches can be realized only under democratic system, and opening press to express people’s willing fully and play a role of supervision of press to guarantee democracy, freedom and human rights.
Chinese government can solve the relationship among government, party and constitution under democratic system and allow constitution to restrain government and officials’ power. Any party can hold the power after getting legal number of votes in democratic election. Any party can’t outmatch the laws. Therefore, the realization of multi-party democratic constitutional system in China fits interest of Chinese people.
