Condition of human rights is always paid attention by international society and the appeal requesting China to improve human rights has not stopped. Chinese government should put respecting and protecting human rights into the first position and the current matter is that Chinese basic human rights can’t be guaranteed and events of persecuting human rights happen frequently. The aim of people’s petition and protecting rights is to chase justice.

But, in order to develop economics, Chinese government usually neglect personal safety and what officials and managers of enterprises consider is not salvage injured person as soon as possible rather than the so-called reducing lost to the minimum when heavy casualties and production accident take place, and in the end government takes how to conceal and cover truth into consideration to absolve responsibility for local government and officials.

Lots of people living in the bottom of Chinese society have no power or might and their treat-unjustly can’t be chased and their basic human rights can’t be guaranteed; they can just be forced to petition to protect their rights and in the end evolve into events of contrasting and conflict; fact proves improvement of human rights in China must rely on endeavor of government.
