Due to the faults of social system in China, officials’ power lack effective supervision, which causes corruption in China generalization and socialization in a long period. Nowadays, corruption has been stood by Chinese people because they have no alternative on corruption. In these years, Chinese people have a habitual acknowledge of corruption, and once corruption appears, people don’t criticize it and someone follow to learn it.
Officials hold power of government and involve in corruption under attraction of private interest and corruption union among officials is formed because benefits of corrupt officials are relatively the same. A communist interest including everyone is formed. They think laws can’t punish all the people, so everyone corrupts and calls this action of group corruption as welfare.
At present the group corruption of Chinese officials has huge hazard and effect of demonstration, and then phenomenon of group corruption spread quickly in China. Absolute power without limitation will cause corruption necessarily and CCP-autocracy is the umbrella of powerful corruption. In order to restrain corruption, CCP autocracy must be finished and multi-party democratic political constitutional system must be realized in China.
