Piao, Jinyu: Chinese people need freedom of speeches

Chinese constitution stipulates people have the freedom of speeches, but this clause hasn’t been carried out in fact. There is no freedom of speeches in current Chinese society because people can’t advise to government or criticize corrupt actions of officials. If someone violates it, they will be punished, arrested and even locked up.
We wish Chinese government open freedom of speeches to make people speak out their opinions without scruples. It can restore original appearance of the society; besides, it can avoid a false peace and promote democratic and free reform of Chinese society.
Freedom of speeches is human’s basic rights and nobody or no organizations can deprive of this right with any reason. CCP government, which is called as “people’s government”, must realize freedom of speeches is the born right of Chinese people and speaking freely is also basic right of each Chinese citizen. In order to solve matter of freedom of speeches, it must start from perfecting social system, which means opening prohibition of party in China and realizing political system of multi-party.
