Events of food safety happened frequently in recent years and the poisonous food include poisonous milk, toxic rice, toxic vegetables and toxic fruits. Only see from the surface of accident of food safety, the reason why these events happen is matter of environmental pollution; in fact, a serious phenomenon hidden in the back of these accidents of food safety is that producer of food violate laws and power is beyond laws in China.
Once accident of toxic food happening in China, officials always take out lots of reasons to explain and exculpate responsibility of government; matter of food safety puzzles people for a long time and makes them worried. There are inevitable factors under the back of each event of food safety; as officials, they shouldn’t conceal or escape and they should search for the reasons of happening of food safety.
Appeal Chinese government to strengthen legislation of food safety and force it strictly to perfect supervising system of produce and management of food safety and punish illegal businessmen of food production and sales industry strictly, and this job is related to health matter of each Chinese people.
