Zhang, Lihua: Chinese Government Has to Crackdown Corruption
张俐华(Zhang,Lihua)
In Chinese society, the judiciary is not independent, so judicial administrative intervention is widespread, resulting in a lack of legal fairness and justice. Chinese government officials use their power beyond the legal provisions to avoid public oversight. They enjoy "privilege" outside the law, blatantly intending to make money, long-term graft and corruption; some officials still persecute people, violating people's basic human rights. Corrupt officials had a bad influence in the hearts of the Chinese people.
Not all corrupt officials are willing to tackle the problem, and China's social system has resulted in opportunities for corruption; nor is the government unwilling to anti-corruption, they worry that too maany anti-corruption efforts would expose too many officials involved in the General Assembly, thus will shake the dominance of the CCP. This is why the anti-corruption cause has not reach any effect.
Among Chinese officials, corruption is getting worse despite the strict government anti-corruption measures, so the anti-corruption effect is not good. If the Chinese government does not make great efforts in fighting corruption or being indecisive, and only investigated a number of small issues, dealing with some of the officials involved in corruption, meaning those trivial cases. China's anti-corruption mission can not succeed, China's future will be without hope.
