In Chinese society, whether an official is corrupt, has nothing to do with his character or integrity. The corrupt officials China has so far found out, on the surface, they are upright, even the sleeves swaying with every soft breeze. But these officials had a huge amount of corruption.
Chinese government officials’ power are not constrained. In the corruption of the social system, at any time, any place they can be expanded, and above the law and public interests. With the corrupt system, there are corrupt officials; in the Chinese society today there is a serious problem at the root of corruption.
The best way to prevent corruption is the system of checks and balances, and the public, media on government officials and effective supervision. If a government, a political party, don＇t be afraid of the public criticism, do not be afraid of the media to expose the negative news, but also create conditions for people to criticize, to supervise the government; then, the government officials corruption cases will decrease.
