Li, Su: Crackdown on corruption must be sought from social system

A country’s social system is a rule observed by all people. Democratic system is what minority obey majority. On the country, autocratic system is what majority decide on the minority. Just like Chinese social system, it is a autocratic system under which CCP decide the fate of the majority. In such system, government and officials don’t follow law. Anything they said can be authoritative and beyond the law.
In China, the crackdown on corruption has been going on for many years. The government always claim that they would be serious about it. To fight against corruption and embezzlement, China has launched many anti-corruption campaign. They punish some officials of various levels at high cost. However, corruption does not go away, it even become worse and worse.
In terms of the measures against corruption, government don’t consider anti-corrution from social system and how. The current way is temporary, rather that cure. For instance, they found about this corruptive official, so they arrest him according to some disciplinary rules, even talking about give them second chance. As a matter of fact, this is the government being protecting its officials, helping them escape the punishment of law. Hence, only through ways at the root of social system can guarantee the success of anti-corruption.
