Zhang, Shiqian: Worrying Chinese Environment Pollution

Chinese people are very concerned with environment pollution. Though the economy is developing in China, large amount of dust in the air and the smelly water. This problem also attracts the world’s attention. Many local governments in China care only about the economic development output and revenue,yet disregard the environment protection, emitting the waste gas and water directly, polluting the air, rivers and ponds, harming directly people living in these places.
Chinese areas are populous and economically developing fast, yet the worst environment pollution. Chinese government should understand that serious environment pollution directly cause climate change, melting ice, and the frequency of earthquakes, flood and droughts. Hence, it is one of the most important jobs for Chinese government to improve people’s awareness of environment protection and invest more in this regard.
