Wen, Zhen Yu: cancel the family planning policy in Korean ethnic area
文贞玉(Wen,Zhenyu)
After the Chinese government took the family planning policy into effect throughout China, the policy is executed by force regardless of people’s ethnic. The family planning policy in China violates people’s basic human rights, and makes women’s wishes to have children impossible. During the operation of family planning policy, many incidents are accompanied with forced abortion and sterilization; because in the hospitals of some undeveloped villages, they lack the knowledge of the latest technology and have only a few simple equipments, some women from ethnic minority areas always have serious sequela after abortion.
In areas where traditional Korean ethnic people settled down, the Chinese government has performed strict family planning policy. Only a few decades after that, the sex ratio as well as the age structure are going unbalanced. Korean females originally from rural areas have to migrate to developed area to make their living, making it much more difficult to choose a spouse for aging Korean males.
Improving the basic human rights of Korean ethnic people and regulating the population structure is good for the financial development of the Korean ethnic area, and will contribute to building a prosperous, stable and harmonious environment for manufacturing and living. The reproductive ability of human beings is nature’s law, and we hereby demand the Chinese government to stop the inhumane family planning policy, cancel the performance of this policy in the Korean ethnic area, thus the Korean ethnic women’s human rights could be protected.
