Nowadays， lodgings, medical and health care, education had became Chinese people new three heavy mountains, they deprived the happiness of Chinese people, in another words, they brought agony to Chinese people. Lodging is the heaviest moiuntain, lots of wage-earning class hard worked more than half life, their accumulation even is not enough to buy a “small nest”, and most people become can’t live without their parents, several graduations put their money together only can make the first payment, they work whole life and save whole life just like a slave to afford the house. The medical health care is the most painful problem, it is very tough and expensive, and it puzzled every Chinese people, especially farmers. On the basis of the survey by Ministry of health in 2003 about medical health care, there are 49% people should see doctor but not, 30%people should be treated in hospital but not, these mean that there are more than half Chinese people can’t afford the charge, they suffers the pain, even don’t have money to be treat in hospital only can wait to die at home. How cruel the Chinese society is! Education Industrialization is a very notorious society problem. Compulsory education is just the compulsory of parents; many poor students only have to abandon the chance to learn in university. There are some news said that many Chinese parents commit suicide since they can’t support their kids to study, we all feel very sad.
In the period of planned economy, the three big mountains hadn’t existed; they formed by the chance of reform. Chinese people agree with reform, however, the problem is who get the most benefit from reform. Government bring the western policy, which is useful for themselves, and in the same while they keep the old despotism policy to make benefit for themselves, they change the old despotism policy to the Chinese characteristic socialism market economy. This characteristic makes malfeasant more and more rich; make common people poorer. The policy of housing, medical and education changing just change the method to make money from common people. The three are the responsibilities of the ruling party, but they turn the responsibility to people, let all worker become slaves for dignitaries and corrupt government.
Corruption bureaucracy is harmful to people＇s survival benefit, and develop people＇s public great democracy is the only way to destroy this bureaucratic system. Only in this way low-rise people can truly protect their own rights and interests, otherwise the wealth which people hard work to accumulate will be taken by corruption bureaucracy.
