There are many Chinese government officials to use the working relationship, beyond the law to use the power, trade illegally to earn money; Public participation in corruption behavior, this phenomenon has become China＇s social an open secret. For this kind of abnormal officials’ corruption problem, some Chinese people think is normal things, by the time going.
The ordinary Chinese people go to government to ask officials to handle with things, such as registered company, handle business license, or register marriage, must treat them and give out them gifts, or secretly give a red envelope. Otherwise, the things will not be able to finished successfully; By the time going, treat and gifts become the potential of rules, which everyone must abide by. For these corruption situations, people are the real victims, corruption infringes upon the people＇s rights and interests.
In Chinese society there is no law, looking at the reality of the current situation, the rule of officials instead of the rule of law, the official’s words are the law; They push people to make decision for people. Communist Party of China government think about that anti-corruption is the government＇s job and people don’t have the authority to against corruption. This argument is cheating people, is the expression of judge by people. Chinese society must implement the rule of law, and the way to realize the rule is far way.
