Zhao， Hongzhen：improving Chinese people’s human rights is the government duty

The people living in China society have their basic human rights, which the constitution gives to them. The China government officials often infringe upon people＇s human rights when they are using their right. Some local government officials left no stone unturned to conceal the problem of human rights abuses, for example, there is food safety accident every day food, and in some areas, mine disaster accident often happens, casualties often took place in these events. However, just after the safety accidents happened, as government officials, as the responsible person of the enterprise, who should organize power immediately to save the injured people, comfort the wounded family, deal with the problem fairly and impartially, restore the normal order, and draw lessons from the accident, bear the responsibility. However, these corrupt officials and enterprise businessman did not save people in the first time, but have forged a lie, hide and cover the accident truth, and escape the responsibility by this. Their behavior is the trample on people basic human rights.
Chinese people basic should not be taken off, government don’t respect human rights, officials don’t take care of people tough life, take violence to force people, some cities take wide range expand, force to confiscate the land, using violence to remove people houses, common people have grievance but can’t promote, and no place to promote, finally only beat by their lives, and happen the events of the contradiction and conflict between people and officials.
To improve China＇s human rights is imminent, improve China＇s human rights need to have both the time and people＇s joint efforts, and need a good social system, furthermore, to implement the democracy, freedom, human rights and the rule of law is the basic human rights conditions to improve people.
