Chen, Jing:The family planning policy made the Chinese women suffered tremendously
陈靖(Chen,Jing)
China's family planning policy was developed and began to be implemented in the late seventies of the last century; and has been more than 30 years since its full implementation. The central issue of the family planning policy is that a couple is only allowed to give birth to one child; the relevant provisions are cruel and harsh. Any families or women who break the family planning policy, will not only be fined by force, but also will be insulted and undergo physical torture. Family planning administrative department of local government and the so-called "law enforcement" officers, without authorization, pregnant women, utilize various kinds of violent methods to make pregnant women undergo abortion or induced abortion, and even forced abortion.
The purpose of family planning policy implementation is to control the population growth rate; whereas the implementation methods are a large number of women at childbearing age undergoing abortion, induced abortion and abortion. This act not only violates the basic law of human natural reproduction, but also seriously hurt the women's physical and mental health. As a government, it should be very clear that this is a trampling of basic human rights of the ordinary population.
Over the years, China's family planning policy has brought great harm to the Chinese people, which is a total violation of the principles of human rights and has been severely criticized and condemned by the world human rights organizations; therefore, the Chinese government must recognize the family planning policy’s negative effect, and stop implementing this policy immediately.
